Have you ever thought if you were making the right choice when you were signing up for a class? How do you know that the class you picked is a good one or that the teacher is a good one? Word of mouth is great, but what if you are new or don't know anyone?
There is a website called www.ratemyprofessors.com and this site is great for finding out about your teachers before you sign up for a class. The site has reviews from other students who have had experience with the teacher or professor and gives insights such as they give pop quizzes or use a lot of online resources or if the class is lecture heavy vs. test heavy, if attendance is mandatory, and many other good insightful information to see if it is the right fit for you.
Students are asked to rate if they would take the class from that teacher again.
Scoring is on a 5-point scale. Hope this resource is helpful to make your education experience a better one!
