About the Recipe

crispy sweet and spicy bacon candy

BACON CANDY!!! ...Who doesn't love bacon?

3 ingredients:

thick bacon, brown sugar,

(optional) cayenne pepper for a Kick!

Press bacon into brown sugar, smash some extra on there. Only on one side.

Sprinkle cayenne pepper.

Lay on crumpled aluminum foil, sugar side up. This is so it doesn't sit in oil as it bakes and for easier clean up.

Bake 10+/- mins@425'F until crispy to your liking.

Allow to cool. The brown sugar will harden as it cools.

Then enjoy crisp sweet and spicy bacon candy : )
