Homemade Sun-dried tomatoes!
We cut small tomatoes in half, sprinkled with just a bit of garlic salt and then we cheated by using our 4-tray EXCALIBER dehydrator*. I have used several brands and found this one to dry evenly. Different temp settings for different foods. Finished dried tomatoes were vacuum sealed for later use. Great on homemade pizzas or chopped in salads...
